AFFILIATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Remapping Academy Affiliate Program. By signing up or promoting our program, you agree to comply with the terms below.

1. Program Overview

The Remapping Academy Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring customers to www.remappingacademy.com using unique affiliate tracking links.

The program is intended for individuals or businesses who want to promote our ECU remapping training courses in an ethical and transparent way.

2. Eligibility & Approval

To join our affiliate program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate contact and payment information
Have an active online presence (website, social media, or email list)

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Commissions

Commission Rate

You will earn a commission on each qualifying sale made through your unique affiliate link. The current base commission is 30%

This may vary based on performance, campaigns, or private arrangements.

Recurring or One-Time?

Unless otherwise stated, commissions are one-time payments per sale. No recurring commissions will be paid unless a specific offer includes them.

Cookie Duration

Affiliate cookies are valid for 60 days. If a visitor purchases within this timeframe, the sale is credited to the last-click affiliate.

4. Payouts

Payouts are made via PayPal or bank transfer on a monthly basis, typically within 30 days of the end of the month.

A minimum payout threshold of $500USD applies.

Payouts are made only for completed and non-refunded sales.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your location.

5. Prohibited Activities

To maintain fairness and trust, affiliates may NOT:

Misrepresent our products or make false claims
Use spammy, misleading, or unethical marketing tactics
Bid on brand keywords (e.g., “Remapping Academy”) in Google Ads or other PPC campaigns
Use cookie stuffing or hidden redirects
Imitate our website, emails, or official branding

Violation of any of the above may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Use of Branding & Content

We may provide you with banners, ad creatives, or suggested copy. You agree to:

Use only approved materials
Avoid altering our logo, brand visuals, or course name
Not represent yourself as Remapping Academy staff or imply official endorsement
We reserve the right to request changes or take down misrepresentative content at any time.

7. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Terminate or suspend any affiliate account at our discretion
Modify commission structures or terms at any time
Pause or cancel the affiliate program altogether

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Affiliate tracking failures due to user behavior, browser settings, or technical limitations
Your participation is at your own risk, and our liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions earned by you in the past 3 months.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be settled in the appropriate jurisdiction in Dubai, UAE.
