By accessing or purchasing our training programs, users (“Customer,” “User,” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

By visiting our website or purchasing any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, please exit the site immediately.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

3. COURSE LICENSE & USAGE

Upon enrollment, you are granted a non-transferable, personal license to access the course materials. Sharing your access credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

4. PAYMENT PLANS

Customers may pay in full or select a multi-payment plan (e.g., two installments). By choosing a payment plan, you commit to completing all payments on schedule. Missing a payment may result in immediate suspension of access.

You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date. Failure to complete the payment plan may result in permanent access revocation and collection procedures.

5. REFUNDS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with international e-commerce regulations and UAE commercial law:

Upon purchase and immediate access to the digital course materials, the customer explicitly waives the right to a 14-day withdrawal period.

No refunds will be granted once access to the course content is delivered.

This includes all digital products, trainings, templates, coaching calls, and bonus materials.

The only exception is in the case where the Company is unable to deliver the training due to a fault solely attributable to the Company.

By enrolling, you agree to complete all payments as per the selected payment plan. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access until the account is up to date.

The Company provides all content “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results and are not liable for how Users implement the training.
