REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: February 26, 2026
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which RemappingAcademy (“we”, “us”, or “the Company”) handles refund requests for digital training programs sold via https://www.remappingacademy.com.
1. 14-Day Action-Based Guarantee
Remapping Academy offers a voluntary 14-Day Action-Based Guarantee on eligible training programs.
Customers may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.
To qualify for a refund, the customer must demonstrate reasonable, good-faith engagement with the training materials, including:
• Accessing and reviewing the initial modules
• Attempting implementation of the lessons as instructed
By accessing the course materials immediately after purchase, the Customer expressly acknowledges and consents to the immediate performance of digital content delivery and waives any statutory right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply under applicable digital goods regulations.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within the 14-day period.
If approved:
• Course access will be permanently revoked
• All licenses granted will immediately terminate
After fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, all sales are final.
2. Refund Disqualification
Refund eligibility may be denied in cases where:
• Substantial completion or consumption of course materials has occurred
• Content has been copied, recorded, downloaded, or duplicated
• Login credentials have been shared
• Abuse of the guarantee is reasonably suspected
• A chargeback has been initiated without prior contact
We reserve the right to review account access logs, usage data, and technical interaction activity before approving refund requests.
3. Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan:
• You agree to complete all scheduled payments
• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or permanent termination of access
• No refund applies to installments processed beyond the 14-day guarantee period
The Company reserves the right to use third-party collection services to recover outstanding balances.
4. Chargebacks & Abuse
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support constitutes a violation of our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
In such cases, we reserve the right to:
• Permanently revoke course access
• Ban future purchases
• Submit evidence of usage activity to payment processors
• Recover chargeback fees and associated costs
5. Technical Support
If you experience technical issues accessing your training:
Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues promptly.
6. Governing Terms
This Refund Policy must be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions of Sale. In the event of conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
