REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which RemappingAcademy (“we”, “us”, or “the Company”) handles requests for refunds on digital products, including courses, templates, and coaching sessions sold via https://www.remappingacademy.com.

1. No Refund on Digital Products

Due to the instant access and non-returnable nature of our digital training products, all sales are final.

By purchasing any course or digital program, you expressly waive your right to a 14-day withdrawal period, in accordance with UAE commercial regulations and international e-commerce laws.

Once access to course materials has been granted, no refunds will be issued, including in the following cases:

Failure to complete the course
Change of mind
Lack of usage or time availability
Technical issues outside of our platform (e.g., device/browser compatibility)

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as:

The course or product was not delivered or inaccessible due to a technical failure attributable solely to RemappingAcademy (not including user-side issues).
Duplicate purchases made by mistake (only if reported within 48 hours and course was not accessed).

All exceptions are subject to manual review and are at the sole discretion of the Company.

3. Payment Plans & Failed Transactions

If you opt for a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments on time.

Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of access.
No refund will be granted for previously collected installments.
We reserve the right to pursue any unpaid balances via a collections process.

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting support, we reserve the right to permanently ban your access to current and future products and take legal action if needed.

4. Support & Troubleshooting

If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your training:

We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

5. Your Responsibility
